APC organises from May to June 2003 a series of lectures on neutrino. The session will end with a two day workshop devoted to the future of underwater or under-ice high energy cosmic neutrino telescope.
Several experiments are taking data, are under construction or in a R&D phase. They should demonstrate the feasibility for the next generation of neutrino detectors at the kilometre-cube scale.
This workshop is an opportunity to gather in the same place all experiences gained all over the world.

The following topics will be covered :

Participation is free of charge but participants will have to register on this Web page.
